We chose this location for the 33 Thousand Acre Lake... with that said, it will be the perfect fishing stop while traveling the country in your RV, The lake is abundant with bass, crappie, and catfish. It also serves as a habitat for various waterfowl, offering duck and geese hunting opportunities. It is an ideal location for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. Chattahoochee Park, situated just around the corner from the property, offers a multitude of outdoor recreational activities including fishing, camping, boating, picnicking, hiking, biking, and bird-watching. The town of Chattahoochee, Florida is conveniently located less than 10 minutes away, while Bainbridge, Georgia is under a 30-minute drive. For ease of commuting, Interstate 10, Highway 90, and Highway 84 are all in close proximity.

Our goal is to have 4 RV slots and 5 cabins available year round.
