2.5 to 5 acres of main off grid campground, with access to over 8k acres surrounding it. Enjoy the peace and tranquility with the wildlife surrounding you at all angles. 30 min to Daytona Beaches, 15 min to the Daytona Speedway.
Plans are to have RV & Camper pull thru sites, tent camping, and cabins. plans for water and sewage and solar are in place, coming sometime in the middle of 2025. We should have lots ready in the first 6 months for pull through and tent areas ready as well.
Plans for 3 other stages will be put in motion immediately after the set up of Stage 1, the main campground. Stage 2 will be for off roading Atv's ect. then stage 3 a Gunrange. Stage 4 will be long term stays. All access to lifetime members included. or yearly members for a fee.
We will be totally offgrid for the first year, so plan on having nothing available except a private access for your camper to pull in and sleep.
